First World War memorial finds a final resting place in Sale

By Peter Trollope at

A special service to bless a First World War Memorial will be held  at St Paul’s Parish Church in Springfield Road, in  Sale.

The memorial used to be on display at the  Evangelical Church, Kelsall Street Mission Hall – but the church was demolished and the memorial had to be rescued from the bulldozers.
